Nice resort. Beautiful place with lots of palm trees. The pool is great and hot tub is suitable for 34 ppl. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was a lil small for what we’re used to. Clean room and clean grounds. 24 hour security patrolling the property and well lot parking lots.

Very good location, far from the traffic congestion. 15 minutes from Sawgrass Mall. The room is like the photo, the floor is a bit sticky. Cleaning is once a week and the toiletries are only for the first day. The kitchen is very well equipped. At check-in I was not lucky with who helped me, but the following days the people at the front desk were very friendly. They receive shipments free of charge.

The property is in a very beautiful safe area. The unit was average and fine for the price point. No beds. Dated but clean. Front desk staff unfriendly and pool area is hard to find a chair. Most guest take 2 chairs for each person which doesnt allow any chairs for others. Otherwise the property is not high end by any means but is was good at this price. Get unit A. Unit B says theres a queen bed but it felt like a double.

We stayed there one night before a medical procedure the next day. Was not a vacation. Was a very nice resort. I think our room was refurbished and we were the first to stay. All was OK except for the fact that the bathroom faaucet did not work. No water. We washed up and brushed teeth in the kitchen sink.

I was placed in a room that had out dated furniture. The TV in the bedroom was extremely small. The sheets were dirty and dusty. I brought it to the attention at the front desk and they were not helpful at all. I do not recommend this resort at all.

Only complaint parking was very tough sometimes. Especially for disabled persons. There are only two spots at each entrance. Also sign it signage really bad. I had no idea the number on the sign entry sign was the address. And I should have been informed that each building had an address. Everything looks the same exactly everything painted the same color as I had very difficult time navigating first couple of days until I figured it out
