Estero Beach and Tennis Club #101b - This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachside condo has great amenities inside and out! It features a full kitchen, private lanai, a king bed in the bedroom area and a queen sleeper in the main living space. Max occupancy of 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This beachside complex has a pool and multiple tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts. Pay-per-load laundry rooms are located on the ground level of each building. Plus, right across the street is Fish Tale Marina, CVS, and Santini Plaza!

* We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to Hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During the high season (December through April), our property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
