Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any place you choose to help us get back on our feet. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you.

This unit has one king bed and is a newly renovated studio. It is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Park your car and walk everywhere or Uber in. The street itself is a quiet retreat. This is a lower unit located on Carolina Avenue, FMB.
Please know we have acid washed the pool and have all new pool equipment. Unfortunately Ian stained the pool. I am told the stain may fade over time with the chemicals. If not, then I have to resurface the pool which is not an option now. The pool and spa can be heated. The spa/lights shut down at 10p.m. for the night due to FMB's noise ordinance. Charcoal BBQ by the pool and one by your entrance.

It all has been updated and has appliances for cooking anything. We provide beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, hand sanitizer, It is the downstairs unit and the pool is shared with the upstairs unit.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. The cost is $40.

The studio was clean, owner was nice. Easy to park. Close to the beach. Personal preference but no windows to see out. We didn’t use the pool it had to many personal items sitting around felt like we were intruding on someone’s space. Great weekend get away.

The studio was just perfect for the 2 of us.We were able to walk to the beach and shops. Came stocked with lots of little goodies, including snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable. The studio was as advertised. The beach chair, coolers, umbrella and wagon made beach days so convenient. When there was an issue with the hot tub Maria was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

The home was as advertised. The owner was very close by and extremely accomodating. Pretty much all beach gear was provided - chairs, umbrella, and cooler. There was even a wagon to haul it all down there. One of the chairs was broken and the owner gave us 2 brand new chairs to use and leave in the house.

Perfect for couples!
ADORABLE property (really could not have been more homey and comfortable) in a quiet, cute neighborhood but SO convenient to beautiful beaches and lots of fun bars and restaurants! Maria is a wonderful host- we could not have asked for a better place with nicer people. HIGHLY recommend. P.S. no need for a car, we did rent one for the drive in and out but otherwise parked it, timing later arrival and early departure good tip to avoid traffic in awesome FMB!!!
