Newly furnished, coastal inspired 3 bed 2 bath condo at Cape Harbour with beautiful south facing views of the Cloosahatchee River and Reserve.

Beautiful condo in a great neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Harbor. The condo is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a great living space. The lanai is wonderful in the evenings, but can be quite noisy in the mornings with food deliveries, boat storage and construction. This is of no fault to the owner. It is really nice having two restaurants with live music right downstairs.

Don’t depend on pool or basketball court
We never found the amenities (pool, basketball Court)as advertised and the closest beach is closed due to the hurricane. Also, we ended up Purchasing basic necessities after 1 day (toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen sponges)

Very lovely stay
My family and I had a very nice stay here. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The views were fantastic! We had an issue trying to check in, but the property manager figured it out very fast for us, so it was never an issue. It was overall a very great stay and we would love to stay here again!

Great views from this 11th floor condo across the Caloosahatchee to Fort Myer's Beach. Great location if you want to stay at Cape Harbour and use its facilities, as we did. We did have some low water pressure issues on shower and sink tap, but other than that a nice condo.

Stayed in May 2022. Weather was great. This was a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants and entertainment in the courtyard. Grocery shopping nearby. Condo was everything as advertised- nice pool areas. Clean apartment, great bed. Easy parking. Near elevator. Marina offers were plentiful.

We have stayed at this condo before (2018 & 2022). We love what the condo and surrounding shops/restaurants/cafes have to offer. And, the views!!! There does need to be some updating (blinds broken, luke warm water (shower) in small bathroom, fire alarms, and towels. Overall, though, we would book again

Great views, needs some updating
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were amazing, good restaurants nearby and very much to see and do. The unit was comfortable, but needed updating (old furniture and appliances, plus dirty carpeting). Upon arrival, one of the smoke detectors had been removed from the wall (I assume that the battery was dead) and during our stay, one of the other smoke detectors was chirping and had to be removed in order to stop the noise. The owner was notified but we felt that this was a safety issue and should have been promptly corrected. Part of the check out procedure, was to launder the towels before we left, which was difficult at best to do since the check out time is 10 AM. Thought this was strange since it should have been covered by the cleaning fee. We will most likely return to Cape Coral in the future..
