Wonderful Home!
This house is amazing! The views of the river, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The house is well stocked and very comfortable! The owners are extremely responsive to questions! The location was perfect, very quick to the attractions and restaurants across the bridge in Fort Myers, yet also just a 10 minute walk to 2 Tiki bars and the Monkey Bar ( great grouper panini!) We will be back!

Perfect house. Perfect hosts
We have been renting villas on FMB for over 20 years but after Ian hit which badly affected the area, we decided to try Cape Coral.. After lots of research, we picked this villa.. It was the best decision we could have made.. The location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants close by, all very different so something for everyone.. The house is perfectly positioned on the river with fantastic views across the water, loads of fishing rods to use, there is a bait and tackle shop close by. A lovely pool area with huge spa. Also undercover seating.. The inside of the house is perfect, its a beautiful house and the owners have thought of everything, this is not just a rental, it is very much a home away from home. There is nothing overlooked. I cannot fault it.. The owners are a fantastic couple. We got caught up in a hurricane during our stay..Their concern and care for us was above and beyond.. Very grateful to have had such wonderful hosts.. We highly recommend this villa. It is without doubt our new go to...

Beautiful place.
This place is amazing and definitely have a breathtaking view. The picture on the website don’t do Justice then what you see in person. Our first words of our mouth was “Wow”. Home have everything for the stay and have actually more than expected. The taste and the design and the beautiful furniture lay-out is gorgeous. Master bathroom is just wow. Bed was comfortable. The most we enjoyed fishing and having cup of coffee in the morning by the water. Sunrise and set are beautiful. This place is close to everything you want. Stores. Restaurants. Beach is not far. Even a soccer pitch that my son enjoyed about 10 min away from the house. We spend most of our days out on the ocean or beach on Sanibel Island🏝️ but the mornings and the evenings was amazing to be home and sleep In comfortable beds. My son and daughter loved the pool. Lovely home and definitely worth it to stay in here. Beautiful, comfortable, gorgeous view. A+++++++ for this trip.

Beautiful property
This property is amazing. The water views, pool, hot tub, lanai, well equipped kitchen and bedrooms make it a comfortable place to hang out, in general. The only downside during our stay was the loud noise generated by the construction/reconstruction, due to hurricane aftermath, happening at the homes on both sides of the property. Would stay here again when construction has wrapped up in the area.

Perfection Vacation location
We had an absolute blast! The amount of amenities this house provides are above all the other houses we have stayed at. The pool is the best! Communication & response time with the owners were too notch. We can’t wait to come back. And if you are an early riser you will see dolphins every morning at sunrise - it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Another perfect week
This was our second stay and we were slightly concerned with how the area was fairing overall since last years hurricane. We did pretty much nothing but lounge around the pool and unwind, other than a trip to Ft Myers beach and through Sanibel just to see how they looked. With Kim’s suggestions we tried some new restaurants which we loved. However, we enjoyed doing nothing much more than anything else. The house is perfect, has everything you could ever need, and a wonderful host. We even saw dolphins one evening very close to the sea wall. We’re already talking about coming back next year and bringing my daughter and SIL once she finishes nursing school. I’ve even started looking at real estate as my pain levels were so much better in the consistent temps. Perhaps a move down will be in the cards in a few years. Just perfect.

Perfect family vacation
This house is stunning. Incredible views, pool, outdoor area, and home. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back again. We stayed two full weeks and never had one issue. The bugs were not bad at all. Beds were very comfortable. Well maintained home and owners were easy to talk with. Perfect vacation for a family of 5!

Location, Location, Location...
The 3 L's describe this property. Great location with stunning views out to the river. The pool/hot tub were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower in the master bath were out of this world. Only downside was dining space for all of us to sit together and eat at the end of the day after being in the sun all day. The only spot was outside and after being in the sun and humidity all day we were looking for a break. We had an issue with the dishwasher breaking down and they called a repairman. He was out within a couple days to fix and he had to order a part. That took another couple days. So we didn't have a dishwasher until the last 2 days. But the communication was top notch. Also had a problem with the ceiling fan in the master, but didn't really matter with the a/c running. We will back next year for sure!!

Great property
We rented this house for a family vacation (5 adults and a 16-month old boy). The house is located in a great neighborhood and it's close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It has a great pool (our toddler grandson LOVED the six foot ledge with a few inches of water to play with his toys). The covered outdoor area made a lovely place to eat all our meals while enjoying the view of the river. We enjoyed sitting by the river every evening with no issues with bugs. We had a bonus surprise when two dolphins appeared three different times in the river right in front of the house.

Had a wonderful time at the Caloosahatchee river front property.! This was our third visit and we plan on returning next year. The area has going thru so much devastation from the hurricane. So glad that the home came through (thanks to the owners) and that they are willing to continue renting it. It’s such a treasure!!

Hurricane Ian-not a problem!
We are a group of 5 retirees who jumped on the opportunity to rent this home for the second time! Our first time was in Feb 2020-we loved the house and area so much we booked a longer stay late Oct-mid Nov 2022. We were nervously watching Hurricane Ian and stayed in contact with Jim and Kim. They had taken all the hurricane precautions and it totally paid off. There was some water damage to some of the outdoor tiles, their dock ended up in the pool, and the pool needed drained and cleaned but Kim worked tirelessly to get everything in order for us to be able to keep our plans. They had to replace the lanai TV and the firepit a day or so after we arrived but other than that, we would not have been able to tell that Ian had happened to their home. We love this home and appreciate all their work so much! The kitchen is stocked with any gadget you could ever need along with glasses, dinnerware pots and pans, etc. Pool towels for the gorgeous pool/and spa, lounge chairs to relax, and dining table to enjoy meals on the lanai. Master bedroom is a total retreat, with a king size bed and enormous en suite. 2nd bedroom with ensuite and 3rd bedroom is right next to the hall bathroom. Office area is convenient if you need it and the laundry room is so handy! The Dolphin Tiki Bar was open (walking distance) as was The Monkey Bar and the Jungle Tiki! All in all, if you are lucky enough to get a week or longer here, you will also want to come back like we did!!
