Perfect relationship
We definitely would like to come back but the smoking not allowed at the pool was a issue for some of the crew and I did tell him about the pool filter that wasn't working but we loved the house, the area. The pool and just were very comfortable. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

Look no further. Awesome house with tons to offer!
The look and experience from the inside and out is priceless. Hanging out in the pool became a go to for me and my husband. Having things such kitchen utilities, pans, dishes, salt, pepper was so useful. The washer and dryer helped to be able to wash towels and clothes when needed. It was our home away from home. This was out 1st Vrbo and what a great experience. Look no futher for a place to stay on Cape Coral. This property will not disappoint. Thank you!!

Would stay again!
Had a great stay at this property with our little family. Great place to hang out, great park nearby for our little one and beaches weren’t too far away for a day trip! The amenities provided at the property were just what we needed; however, a few more tide/dish pods would’ve been nice so we could keep up with the cleanliness of the things we used throughout the week. I would definitely stay there again if we were to visit this area in the future.

The house was large and gorgeous. Very comfortable, felt like home away from home. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and request for extending stay due to Hurricane Idalia. (We left early). The pool was amazing and the view was spectacular. It was the best vacation in a while.

Great home!
We stayed here for a long weekend and was very happy with the home and the location. Relaxing with the pool and the canal as our view. Had to call the owner for a very minor issue and he responded right away. We would stay here again without hesitation!

The pictures shown on this listing are very accurate with the actual property. We had a few things that didn't work well while there (i.e. cooling system seemed to stop working and the dishwasher did not work properly). We brought the cooling system issue to the attention of the property manager and they quickly responded with a suggestion that made it work well. Very nice property.

The smiles on my grandchildren face were priceless with swimming in the pool every single day! Lots of room throughout this home. Great pool house for long weekend!
We had a great long weekend at this canalfront house in Cape Coral. Great communication with the owner and well-appointed. On a sunny SWF day, not much beats watching the fish jump in the canal behind your sparkling clear pool. We’ll be back for sure.
