Wonderful property in quiet, safe neighborhood
My 17 year old son and I stayed for a week while he was playing in a baseball tournament. The location is close to beaches and ballparks. The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Beth checked in with me a few days before our stay and during our stay. She’s very quick to respond. I highly recommend this property. If I ever visit the area again, I will for sure be staying here.

The neighborhood was very quiet short drive to the beach without paying a fortune the pool was amazing with an outside tv that the kids loved and the home owner was very responsive definitely will be back

Wonderful pool and lanai
The owners take great pride in creating lovely spaces in the home. The beds and furniture are comfortable, with nice linens and towels. The home is clean including the exceptionally well-maintained pool. We enjoyed much time on the screened-in lanai where one can watch a football game from the pool on the big screen mounted on the lanai wall. Guests should be prepared to provide their own propane tank and any needed cleaning of the grill. Overall, this is a great stay on a safe neighborhood!

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing even with young kids. It was home away from home. Much needed rest was accomplished. The pool was wonderful for our kids. This was the perfect spot for a family of four that was close to Sanibel / Fort Myers Beach and shopping. Very clean house with everything you would need for a Southwest Florida vacation as well as temporary housing. Beth was great with communication and we had zero issues.

Home away from home
Our home on Sanibel Island was in need of repair after Hurricane Ian. This home was perfect to be convenient to the island and the necessities of Ft Myers. The owner was very helpful. If I sent her a text with a question, she responded immediately. The home is in immaculate condition, the neighborhood very quiet, and so convenient to shopping and restaurants. And the pool well maintained. A heated pool is a good thing in February.

An oasis of comfort
We needed a place to stay during hurricane recovery work on Sanibel Island, and were delighted that we were lucky enough to find this gem! A very inviting and spacious home, impeccably clean and well appointed, with owners who were amazingly great to work with. Exceptional Stay😍☀️🌴
This was the best experience we’ve had on VRBO from beginning to end. Starting with the booking process, Beth is absolutely amazing & kind. She immediately answered questions, and booking was a breeze. The home is SPOTLESS, and that’s coming from neat freaks. There were zero signs of any insects & everything worked as it should. The home has ample supply of quality towels, even beach towels. The lanai is large and the canopy allows you to remain outdoors if one of those Florida showers pops up. The lanai has ample seating and a large table if you want to eat outdoors. The pool is large and we enjoyed it everyday. The home is close proximity to Sanibel & Ft. Myers beach. The home is in a nice quiet community. Back to Beth, I can’t say enough to express how nice and genuine she is. She would text to be sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Unfortunately my wife injured her knee on the plane flying down, upon learning this Beth would also inquire how my wife was doing, and even did so the following week once we were back home. We feel as if we personally know her and having a host as sincere & genuine as she is truly made this stay even better. Highly, highly recommend staying here & we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful house in an excellent location
The house exceeded all of my expectations! It was sparkling clean upon arrival, and included any amenity that one could think of during a stay away from home (e.g. beach and pool supplies, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, plenty of towels). Communication with the host was easy and check in/check out was a breeze. This house and experience is a wonderful value; we hope to be back!

Perfect getaway!
We had the most wonderful time! I just can’t say enough positive things about this place. It was super clean (and I’m a neat freak!). Even the baseboards were spotless! The showers were walk-in, beautiful and big, there was plenty of toilet paper-which sounds like a minor thing but it’s not! The kitchen was large and equipped with cookwear that’s nearly new, beds were comfy, bedrooms had walk-in closets with plenty of hangers, pool was clean and beautiful-can be heated for $50 and has floats, toys etc. they have beach chairs, coolers and toys and beach towels as well. The beach was 20-30 minutes away and there are plenty of stores close by. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. We arrived late the first night (10:00pm) and had trouble unlocking the door-the code didn’t work. Beth was easily reachable even at that late hour and responded immediately. A couple times we had questions and she always responded quickly to my texts and was super helpful. If you’re undecided about where to stay pick this one! I can’t wait to go back!

The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Beth was very responsive if we had any questions. The pool and shaded patio were perfect; we spent most of our time at the house enjoying the patio. The house is conveniently located right in the middle of RSW, downtown Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel Island.
