Excellent front desk staff! Abner and Melissa greeted us all with smiles and made sure our stay was special. They both went out of their way to make us happy and offered to accommodate special requests. Great job!

I am used to coming to this hotel because I have many work trips that I take in the area and I need an extended stay with the kitchen. It's always been amazing until hurricane Milton. Ever since the hurricane came I believe that they have turned into a FEMA voucher hotel and is overrun with loud Children and Families the elevator is broke and the breakfast is lacking. It is not conducive to out of town business travelers

We loved this property. Very clean. Good breakfast , especially the daily breakfast taco/burrito bar that changes daily. Quiet and good location. The staff are amazing , kind attentive and helpful. And being right on the edge of Bell Tower is great. It’s at the back and very quiet . Excellent value and we highly recommend

I loved everything. Except the ironing board was unstable. The front door stuck and made a loud noise when closing and opening. Also i wish the ice machine in the fridge was turned on .
