We are VRBO/HomeAway Premier Hosts since 2019. This is our newest property and our other reviews dont carry over to this home. This home is an extremely cozy, single family house that has 2 bedrooms a living room, dining room, den/sunroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a 2 stall garage. There is a large, private pool and spa on the screened lanai as well as a nicely landscaped, completely fenced-in large backyard.  Its in a highly sought-after Old Florida neighborhood in the heart of South Fort Myers located just off of palm tree lined McGregor Blvd and is 11 miles from Fort Myers Beach and 17 miles from Sanibel Island. It is 5 miles to downtown Fort Myers and 16 miles to the SWFL International Airport. Shopping and many very close by with Publix, Target, Walmart, Malls and more just minutes away. There are 3 bicycles as well as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach shelling tools and a beach cooler. *Approval needed before bringing pets.

Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood
We loved staying here - the house was adorable with what looked like a new nicely designed well-stocked kitchen with a window looking out thru an enclosed lanai to the backyard pool, which was well- maintained. The house is parallel to majestic McGregor Blvd near the Edison estate and one block from the river, plus a fabulous Alliance for the Arts museum less than a mile away, good biking in the neighborhood with designated bike lanes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
We enjoyed spending December here. The house was clean and well stocked. The property managers responded promptly to any questions. The location was centrally located and it was easy to get to our favorite beaches, restaurants and shopping places. My dog loved walks in the neighborhood and chasing squirrels in the yard. The pool and hot tub worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean and cozy stay. Very spacious with extra seating areas for entertaining.
Everything was great! I only wish the hot tub would have been hot and have working jets. After long days of moving i wanted a spa to relieve my tired aching body. Otherwise this property was a great fit for our needs.

Great Place to Stay
My wife and I stayed for five nights/six days. The pool was great and the house every comfortable. The master bedroom comfortable to move around in and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. We spent most of our mornings and early afternoons at a beach then returned to the house to relax and swim in the pool. Definitely worth the price!

Nice home. Great pool.
It was a nice house. Unfortunately for some reason there were quite a few flies and did 2 cockroaches. From owning property in Florida before I know that those things can be tough at times. But the location was good for me. The bedding and towels were very clean and it was overall a nice tidy home. I would stay again in the future.

An amazing time
I had a great time with my wife and my two doggies, the pool is amazing and the fenced yard was great for my dogs, they had all kind of accessories to use fo make your vacations easier, the house was ready by 2:00pm they were very kind to allowed us to check in earlier. I Wouldn’t stay at this property if it were free. The owners controlled the Thermostat and would turn off the A/C at night. 😩😩

Baseball Tournament
We loved staying here. It was everything we needed and more. We stayed all week for a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament and this house was in the perfect location. The longest drive to a baseball park was 30 mins, which is great with PG. The pool and spa were great and used almost daily. No need to bring a thing!!!! Host were amazing and full of great advice for dinner or fun! If ever need, we would stay there again.
