Welcome to this beautiful vacation home situated alongside a canal on a quiet cul-de-sac. This four bedroom, three bathroom home provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy the spacious open-concept floor plan allowing plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. Take advantage of fishing from the private dock or swimming laps in the pool enjoying stunning views of the sunset off the canal. Plenty of parking space including room for an RV and boat trailer. Please note that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night. All guests must complete our Pre-Arrival form and comply with the rules under our guest rental agreement.

very nice place
The only issue we had with this property was that we felt it was inconvenient to the sort of restraurants or entertainment we were looking for. If your looking for a place to hang out and simply enjoy the weather and river access this is a great place for you to consider. For us it was 15-20 minutes to get downtown - 15-30 minutes to the north where we were fishing and golfing. Would be an excellent place if you needed a place to dock your boat and have river/Gulf access.
