We went on Valentine’s Day and we arrived a little early and they said that they would contact us as soon as the room was ready. We waited for a long time they did not ever call. That was disrespectful to offer that and then did not follow thru. When we mentioned this to the staff they almost laughed at us. This was our second time staying there. Both times we stayed overnight to attend a concert at The Sunrise Theater. We will look at other hotels in the future.

I have stayed at the property many times, it’s ideal for beach access quiet weekends away, boating and fishing They do practice surge pricing and the price can vary depending on time of year The breakfast is basic but I think has got worse of late with lack of care and not always topped up if you are not down at 7 am

The front desk staff were very helpful and very friendly. We had a problem with our car and they helped me find a repair shop. Also, my husband was ill and they very kindly allowed us to have a late check out with no charge. That certainly help take some of the stress off of me. Thank you.

what an incredible New Year’s Eve it was the perfect location and the docs are amazing and the hot tub was amazing. The hallways need updated, but the rooms are great.

The location of this property is great. The property is wonderful. Beach area for swimming and piers for fishing. Arrived at 6am for breakfast and there wast coffee or biscuits and grazy and they werent making more. Rugs in hallways were stained.
