The Sweet Spot
This was the second time I have stayed at the beautiful Tamarind home. It was just as perfect as my first stay. When I come back to the area, I will be looking to stay here again. It is the perfect escape from my wild reality.

Tamarind House on Hutchinson Island
We had an amazing stay. The property was as advertised. The beach is a beautiful 5 minute walk on a path lined with vegetation. The owner had everything you need for a great time at the beach. The pool was amazing as well; very large and 9 foot deep in the deep end. House was clean with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Street is quiet with virtually no traffic. We will definitely be going back.

Great house close to beach
We had a great time in our Spring Break trip with two families (4 adults plus three teenagers). House is in a quiet neighborhood and was large enough to easily accommodate all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the garage had everything you will need for a trip to the beach. The beach is only a few minutes away and was practically empty during our entire stay. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Retreat
Our stay was the relaxation we were looking for in our trip. We were in the heated pool even when the temperature outside dropped to 60 degrees. The house was huge and easily accommodated all of us. We look forward to coming back again in the near future.

Perfect family vacation home
The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! There are enough bedrooms to accommodate an extended family- grown children and grandkids, allowing private space with open living areas for gathering. A short walk to the beach entry, but be ready for a trek on the dune path. This section of the beach is fairly private, not nearly as crowded as the section further north. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and pool, including lots of beach towels. Check in and check out were simple and fast.

Wonderful week at the Tamarind House
We had a wonderful stay at the Tamarind house. This is the cleanest house rental I have ever stayed at. Bedding is all white and clearly bleached between rentals, which is a big plus for me. House is spacious and bedroom set up is nice. The beach access path was much closer than I expected and the beach was beautiful and never crowded during our stay in mid-March. We traveled with a toddler so I was happy to see there was a pack n play and sand toys at the house.

Great spot in Fort Pierce
Lovely house, we stocked with all amenities you would need. Pool is perfect to hang even in bad weather. Beach is a short easy walk and the house beach accessories was a welcome surprise. Conveyor town for food and drink! Loved our stay.

lovely house and pool. set up well. kitchen super stocked, parking for 5 vehicles. beach cart available with everything one would need for the beach, which was literally one block away. nice half bath accessible from the pool area was super convenient, nice to have laundry on both floors.

Great stay!
The house was beautiful and just as listed. We enjoyed that the beach was just a short walk away. The house had almost every amenity we needed—towels, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, etc. There was lots of space in the home for our entire family. The beds were comfortable and each room included a fan. I’d highly recommend this home. My whole family ended up getting bitten by no see ums on this trip. If we visit this area again, i will definitely bring some preventative things like bug spray and tea tree oil, as well as anti-itch cream options so we are more prepared.

Huge house with tons of space for multiple families. Two ovens in kitchen two sets of washer and dryer. Walk to beach pretty private beach area, lots of shells. There is no kids depth shallow end but had a step that runs length of pool.

We loved this place. So spacious and accommodating. A quiet and quaint neighborhood. Steps to the beach and a beautiful pool. Really appreciated the outside shower and pool bathroom. Amazing beach home!
This home has everything you’ll ever need for a Family vacation. So clean,spacious & beautifully decorated. The outdoor space with the pool is wonderful & well thought out….even has a bathroom just steps from the pool. A very short walk gets you to the beach. The beach chairs & umbrellas were so nice to have as well as the huge wagon to pull there. The floats,boogie boards, bikes were nice. We purchased a few more floats to add to the collection & left them for the next family. Our Family had a wonderful time & I encourage you to really consider this home! So very relaxing😌

private beach - awesome house
great house with an amazing private pool and super close access to the beach. as close as you can get to the state park beach which is the best beach around. undeveloped, nearly empty beach. kids could bike back and forth on a quiet safe road. layout of the house is perfect for big groups. kitchen super well equipped. house came with so many nice touches - bikes, towels, beach chairs, games, etc. we will come back.

AMAZING Home!
This home is absolutely beautiful and we had such a great vacation here. The kids had a BLAST swimming in the pool and loved having their own rooms. We loved walking to the beach to watch the sunrise every day...it was literally a 4-minute walk! So convenient. The entire neighborhood was great. It was quiet, family-friendly & very well-maintained by everyone Everything you could possibly need was provided with the house and the entire property was so clean. Communication with the host was perfect; I had a question that he responded to within minutes. I absolutely recommend this house and we will most definitely be coming back.

Family Vacation
The house was perfect for the ten of us, which included the grandkids and their parents. Everyone loved the size of the pool for swimming and playing games. The kids said it was the best pool ever. We had plenty of kitchen space which Everyone loved moving around in without feeling congested. The house was well-equipped with bicycles, pool floats and plenty of beach gear. We made David aware of minor things that needed attention. Our son really appreciated the master bedroom office space, which provided a quiet space for working. We would definitely come come back again to this house. It's a home away from home.

Great Family Beach House
We took our children and grandkids for a group of 8. We had plenty of room. The bonus room upstairs was perfect for puzzles, games, and reading. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped we have had and two laundry areas were nice for washing towels before we left. The large pool was awesome,.. ranging from 4’2” to 9’ deep. A nice surprise were the many pool floats and beach toys, beach towels, a beach wagon, corn hole, some bikes, and a cute raccoon that sometime visited the pool at night! The walk to the beach down a little path was about five minutes, where we alway saw a gopher turtle or two! Not many people on our part of the beach. David, the owner, checked in on us to confirm everything was good, which is was!

Spacious home with a short walk to the beach
The home is very large with a ton of space for activities. Open floor plan with a large living area, dining room and a third story loft with great natural lighting. We had two families with 4 kids all 2-5 years old. We had no issues walking to the beach every morning, the wagon is a huge help. The pool is HUGE almost too big and deep starting at 5 ft and going to 9ft and about 75 ft long. If the kids were older it would have been amazing for some sharks and minnows, tiles, or Marco Polo. Make sure you try out Little Jims for some drinks, food and live music, it was a great local watering hole. Constructive criticism: Neighborhood is not the nicest but does feel safe. They need to stock more beach towels at the home so bring your own too.

The only negative was the bed linens. Every set of sheets, without exception, was marked with black dots or lines that resembled mascara, or ink leaks from a pen. With one exception furnishings were in very good condition. The exception: There was one dining room end chair with torn upholstery. The decor was tasteful. The kitchen was well- fitted with dishes and cookware. Very nice appliances. The recreational supplies were ample. Nice pool with outside ceiling fans to make the heat bearable.Separate directions on how to raise the garage door would have been helpful.A map to the beach would have been helpful. Great Grill. Very comfortable, almost elegant home.

Beautiful vacation spot!
A lot of thought has gone into creating a great rental for guests and to supply basic soaps and towels. House is very near beach and the pool was by far one of the best spots to be when not at the beach. We found several things that could have used some care prior to our visit (e.g. ice maker line frozen from 1st day, not enough toilet paper/paper towels, discovering no gas in the grill while we had a spread for dinner on counter. There was not an offer to fix the ice maker or to pay for gas that we had to pick up on the first day. We left receipt for gas on counter upon checking out and did eventually receive a refund for amount on receipt for the gas. The host was responsive to replying to messages and we do acknowledge that things can happen. David did send water to the house when there was a water issue in the community during our stay and we did appreciate this gesture. We really loved having bikes, beach chairs, wagon for beach, and rafts. Despite our hiccups, I would recommend staying here.
