We had a suite which was very spacious in comparison with other NY hotels. The location is perfect. All major theaters and times square are in walking distance. The hotel is older and we had some issues with the cleanliness of the suite when we checked in and construction noice. We were moved to a different suite which was much better. The checkout was a bit of an issue, too. We stayed there for 9 days and didn't get a late checkout. Though, it took them 30 minutes to fix a number of mistakes on our bill.
