We picked the hotel because it was pet friendly and in downtown Forf Smith. The hotel was great, it was clean, good service and had a bar onsite. The only downside is that downtown Fort Smith is not the greatest area. But the hotel is by the convention center.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that the parking garage was right across the street. It was disappointing that the pool was not open due to maintenance and it would be gret if the rooms had a mini fridge especially since they dont have a free breakfast.

building was convenient because it was attached to the performance art center. overall one of the main elevators was broken which was super inconvenient when a ton of people were trying to check in for a dance competition and a volleyball tournament, the faucet leaked in the tub, and there was mold in different spots in the bathroom.
