It’s a nice little spot to take a rest and enjoy the quiet. It’s well kept and has everything you need. Modern and comfortable. I would def stay again.

Inside property as stated clean, everything in pictures there . Outside needed trash pickup mop bucket. Mop privacy fence panels down propped up with other panels mattress needs clean or replaced even thou comfortable.

Was a good place to stay in a fairly quiet neighborhood
I was in town for one night for a training class early the next morning. Was a clean place to stay. The only thing I can think of that it might need is a blanket or two in case you want to curl up on the couch and watch some TV. Other than that the place had everything I needed.

Perfect Spot
Absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for me and my husband. It felt like home while we were there. Great patios for watching stars at night and just relaxing. We drove to Big Bend, Ft Davis and Marfa during our stay. Charles was very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely would stay again!

Wonderful to be based in Alpine for a trip that included both Big Bend parks, Terlingua, Marfa, Fort Davis and the McDonald Observatory. Really helped to have refrigeration to make packed lunches and keep drinks cold. Recommend dropping by Alpine Visitors Center for info.

Affordable in Alpine
The purpose of our trip was to visit Big Bend during our Spring Break. Lodging in the park and the surrounding areas was very expensive. We decided the extra drive was worth the savings. The interior of the house was very cute and contained all we needed for our stay. Alpine provides some good choices for meals. The drive into the park was easy to do.

Super cute little house! Definitely recommend. Very comfortable bed and the night lights were a nice touch. It was definitely our home away from home during our Big Bend trip. Next to railroad tracks which we loved hearing but otherwise very quiet and peaceful.
