We fell in love with Seagrove on our anniversary and purchased a one bedroom property. In early 2019 we decided to purchase a second condo, this two bedroom to give our growing family more space. Please check out our one bedroom unit at VRBO 1181178 located in the same complex. We are proud to be a premier partner.

Come visit our spectacular beaches in Seagrove Florida! There is lots to do and see along 30A from white sugar sand beaches of South Walton, to award winning restaurants and fabulous boutique shopping.

You will fall in love with our home away from home at the beach! Spacious end unit condo on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and a pullout full sofabed. King bed in the main bedroom with attached bath. Queen and twin located in the secondary bedroom. Pullout full bed will sleep one more additional person to accommodate a total of 7 guests. Full kitchen stocked with everything from a Ninja coffee bar to a blender for all your beverage needs. We also include extras that you won't find in many vacation rentals such as large flat screen tvs in every room, washer dryer in the unit and extra bath towels. Additionally you will find a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, hand soap and laundry detergent so you can enjoy the beach as soon as you arrive.

Across the street is beach access one block away. Don't forget our included beach chairs and beach cart! Take a stroll to some of the best restaurants Seagrove has to offer like the Perfect Pig and Cafe 30A or rent our bicycles and take a leisurely ride to explore the shops and food trucks at seaside. Relax in our beautiful, sparkling pool after a day at the beach or have a glass of wine on our covered patio.

We have everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay without ever needing to get in your car. If you are wanting to relax after a beach day or watch a game we have 55 inch smart tvs in the living room and both bedrooms and High speed wifi. Publix is located just a little over a mile away for all your grocery needs.

If you want to explore by car Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and the ever beautiful Alys beach is just as short 10 minute car ride away. You can also rent bikes across the street on 30A and bike to the other nearby beaches, coastal dune lakes and state parks all along 30A. There are an abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities for both children and adults from movies in the park to live music.

For our friends that have furry family members we are happy to allow you to include them for a small pet fee. Please note pet fee is PER pet for the length of your stay. This fee is Non refundable. Please put the type of breed in the notes when booking. We have a grassy area off to the side with a doggy station for your convenience.

Note: Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fine.

Weather was phenomenal. Several things: The booking photo showed a white table and chairs. They replaced it with a new table but it crowded the whole living area. They need to replace the coffee maker. The bedrooms and baths were very nice. They need to declutter the whole unit. Too many nicknacks!

This rental provided a nice little spot for my sisters trip. The access to the public beach and the location was great! The only downsides were that the condo seems a little dated. The living room furniture and the bedsheets were a little run down (holes in the sheets & stains). However, it was still a nice place to stay.

Wonderful short weekend in a clean updated condo not far from Seaside and Watercolor. Love that we can stay with my dog and beautiful white sand beach across the street, short walk and 5 minute drive to Seaside. Would stay there again. Owner is so easy to reach and responsive. Highly recommend

Perfect for our young family

Pleasant stay
The condo was very nice, a little over the top decorating but really cute ( I only say this as I found it hard to find a place to put our things) books, computers, groceries,etc…. Loved the bathrooms as newly done with big showers. Location is excellent. Heated the pool starting late February. Easy walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, especially The Perfect Pig, the donut shop, pizza as well as bike rentals and Thirty A Cafe for fine dining. Overall would come back here again. Host was very nice.

Cute condo walking distance to the beach
It was a cute, little condo that met our needs. It was pet friendly which was what we needed. There was a great little circle to walk the dog. The beach was within walking distance. If you had a load, there was a drop off area that you can easily drive to. Overall, fun, quiet area to relax for a few days!

Wonderful location!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! A short walk to two beach access points, fantastic pool and close to all of the beach towns. A grocery store is just around the corner, and there are a number of good restaurants in biking distance. Capucine always responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely return!

Cozy getaway
This was such a cute little condo, beautifully decorated with beach motif. The pool is right outside. The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk. There were 6 of us total. 4 teens ranging in age from 14-19. We had plenty of room and there was a lot of stuff to do! I will definitely rent again when I go back to Seagrove!

Nice family vacation getaway
My family had a lovely stay at this coastal condo. Super cute 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo with kitchen, dining, living room, and patio space. It was perfect and everything we could need + more for our few day getaway with our little family. Nice big bed in the master bedroom with just enough space to squeeze a pack and play in near the bottom of the bed. Pool is literally just outside the condo, and beach is maybe an 8-10 min max stroll up the road. Zero complaints other than the family staying just above us. Haha sounded like a herd of elephants bounding atop of us from as early as 6:30am until 11pm at night daily. Got a little irritating at times, but had lots of activities to keep us busy during our getaway. This was at no fault to the owners, just something I’d hoped would be a common courtesy for others to be conscientious of if staying in an upper unit. Either way, a very nice stay for our family vacation. :)

Quiet condo in a cute area
The area of Seagrove is a cute little area. The condo is very nice and clean and accepts pets which is nice. The pool is very clean and was right outside the back of the unit. The walk to the beach isn’t that far but the lack of sidewalks makes it a little scary with little kids. Owner was very responsive to texts. I would stay here again.

Great find. Very quiet.
We loved our 4 day stay. We had a wedding and wedding festivities at Rosemary Beach all weekend. Our drive was approximately 15 minutes. No priblem. Close to great restaurants, some walking distance. Great little outdoor space to sit. Property managers were very responses if we needed anything. We had 4 adults and a small dog. We will rent again.

First time at Seagrove Beach FL
We wanted to experience something different but be at the beach. My boyfriend found this condo and was available for our dates we were looking for. This place was nice and clean! A few blocks away from the public access to the beach. There were tons of cool eateries within walking distants. We drove to a few shopping centers. The condo owner was super friendly and accommodating! She greeted us via text and also told us safe travels the day we left. We hope to visit again!

Adorable complex. Great owner response to texts. Walk to beach. Unit was roomy, clean and well supplied. Pool is right outside your door. Owner was so kind to us. I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm the 1st full day of our 6 week stay. While in the hospital she sent groceries from Whole Foods to my husband. How kind and caring is that??? We will definitely come back to this unit next year.

Lovely Getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The weather (late May-early June) was ideal - mostly 70s to lower 80s - very comfortable and not hot! The water in the pool and ocean were similar temps - didn’t take long to get used to - and I’m not a fan of cold water. The inside of the VRBO was beautiful - full of beach/sea-themed decor. The provided beach toys, wagon and umbrella were wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Extra cozy blankets in living room ottoman. Loved having laundry right in the place. Publix was close and locals very friendly! Just far enough from the busier area of Seaside. We drove to Grayton Beach to bring our dog. There’s free parking in a large lot there with a free ride to and from the beach, which was nice. We went to Seagrove Beach every day we were there. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning! Owner friendly and responsive to my texts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely terrible
This property was unspeakably disgusting. Infested with roaches, unlike anything I have ever seen in many years of coming to FL. The owner of the condo sent the cleaner over with roach traps but that is not near enough. Aside from the roaches the rest of the condo was inhabitable. All furniture and appliances throughout were incredibly dirty and televisions not working even after speaking with owner. Do not recommend. We had to cancel our reservation and move to a new location after just days in this place. Will be seeking action with VRBO.

Rescheduled vacation from Covid April !
Have had better experiences. Requested a full refund in April when the world shut down (initial reservation was for Spring Break). Was not given that option, when considering the circumstances should of had that option. Had to reschedule for September so we did not lose any money. Otherwise, we would have. Cloudy and raining the entire time due to hurricanes. Floors very dirty and there were ants. Pool filled with hurricane debris. Condo smelled. Could not check in until exactly 4pm or would have been charged. Also, make sure you disclose pets. Will be charged. Great area and beach etc... !

This property is clean, the beds are nice, and the decor is cute. It sits back from 30A a bit, so expect about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There isn't a crosswalk directly in front of the street exit, so you'll have to wait on the traffic to cross to the sidewalk (and beach access), which can be very busy if you go during peak times. This property is NOT quiet especially if you have people staying above you. You will hear walking, jumping, chairs scraping, kids running, snoring and even your neighbor's washing machine. It is poorly insulated. So, our vacation was not as peaceful as I hoped it would be. Also note, that the parking spaces for yourself and others are right outside the windows so you will also hear people arming and disarming their car, and all of their talking as well no matter how early or late they come in. Finally, if you have mobility issues, or are overweight, you should know that the master closet does not open fully (only about 45 degrees) because the king bed is too large for the room. Navigating in and out of it was annoying. The main light for the room is behind the closet door as well, and there isn't a light in the closet so you also need a flashlight while you're trying to maneuver around to find your clothes. I wish I could rate this property higher because the owner was apologetic and prompt with her actions (to help quiet down the upstairs neighbors- although it didn't help much).

GERMAN ROACH INFESTED VACATION NIGHTMARE
Within an hour of arriving at this unit I noticed german roaches of all sizes all over the kitchen on the counter, sink, utensils, wall and in/out of the coffee maker. I took video and sent to Capucine(the owner)cell phone which is what she said was the best way to contact her. She never responded until the next day. Her response "Omg my housekeeper recently did a deep clean so thats crazy" and "Not to bring in food and she would have someone come spray". At this point I told her that wasn't acceptable and that I was frantically trying to find a place for us to go with our dogs. She offered a 1 bedroom unit for 2 nights. Her unit was 2/2 and I paid for 6 nights so that wasn't an option. She informed me her housekeeper knew of a 3/2 that was available and allowed pets. I informed her that I was able to secure a place and would greatly appreciate a full refund. We arrived at her unit at 8pm and were gone by 11am the next morning and never unpacked our things for fear of bringing them home in our belongings. Hours she texted she is in the middle of her work day and its not policy to give a refund but that she'd see about a refund for remaining 5 nights. She then blocked my number from calling or texting. Days later she emailed through VRBO Stating "Guest decided to leave the unit early. Guest was informed that the stay was non refundable" and refunded less me than 50% of what I paid. There is currently an investigation with VRBO Health and Safety department and I have been assured by VRBO after they received the same videos I sent Capucine, that I will be receiving a FULL REFUND. It is my hope they will take it a step further and remove Capucine and her property from VRBO. If you want to have a roach infested nightmare of a vacation, rent from Capucine!! She's happy to take your money and ruin your family vacation without apologizing!!
