Tucked back on a quiet dead end street, this spot is perfect for small families, working professionals and visitors looking to be near the heart of tons of Fort Wayne best attractions - The Children's zoo, The Coliseum, Parkview Field, Science Central and so much more! Restaurants, breweries, bars, museums and many activities are within 5 minutes or less. The Sports One complex is right around the corner for families traveling for athletics. Access to the river greenway (walk/bike paths that thread throughout the entire city) is only 100 ft away.

The space features lots of natural light and plants throughout. 2 bedrooms with new comfortable beds, soft linens and air purifiers in both rooms. There is a gamecube with MarioKart, plenty of board games, books and a desk space as well. A smart TV, Samsung sound bar and 1000 mb (very fast!) internet is provided. The space includes a kitchenette consisting of a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, hot plate, kettle and anything you need to cook and serve a meal.

Please Note: this space is completely private, you will have your own space and your own entrance. The house is setup like a duplex, both completely separate.

Great little place
Nice little place in a great location. Owner is very responsive and helpful. If you read other reviews that give this place less stars, let me assure you, the owner takes every comment seriously. Someone commented about the smell, well there were top notch air purifiers in the rooms. Someone commented about TP, there was a full pack of TP in the bathroom. This is someone who takes pride in their property. It’s an adorable place.

Not the worst but it’s down there.
Check in information was provided late and only after I asked for it. It was at this point we were notified that we could not park in the driveway. This is due to the home being sectioned off and another person living on the otherwise. Upon arrival the yard was unkempt and needed a mow but this is fine as we didn’t use it. The entrance is not accessible so if you have any sort of mobility concerns this would not work for you. The actual living space smells of mildew and the air does not circulate well. The entire time we were there we had the air conditioning on set to 66 and it was still not comfortable. Back to it being a shared home. We could hear the other people and I’m sure they could hear us. The cat was sitting at the connecting door meowing a few times. Which again is fine. I just wasn’t aware that it was a shared living arrangement. The kitchenette is not a kitchenette the only sink in the home is the bathroom which is too small to wash a dish. The mini fridge freezer was extremely over frozen and not usable. The second bedroom has no door just a curtain. My travel partner and I took a shower and the towels had a horrible smell to them. So much that I decided not to shower the following day. We checked out a day early. I contacted the host who apologized for the “smelly towels”. There was one 1/2 roll of toilet paper. No tissues or paper towels. The house mate brought us toilet paper but not before we used tissues from our car. Overall a not good trip.

It was not disclosed to me when booking that a roommate normally stays in the basement. I was told by neighbors that the roommate was out of town when we were supposed to stay. We did not end up staying there due to this information because I did not trust the location being safe at that point.

Cute and comfortable
This was a nice little stay. Cute and comfy. It was just me and my teen and I felt 100% safe in the area. Towels were soft and when I asked if we could check in early because the stuff we came to do was either closed or faster than expected, the host graciously allowed us to. Very good experience!

Small, comfortable "duplex" set up, no kitchen
As long as you don't need a kitchen or a sizeable refrigerator, you will be very comfortable here. It's simple but clean with lots of plants. I did like the air filter/cleaner machines in the bedrooms which have a white noise effect. It is not a place I'd want to spend a lot of time hanging out at, but as a home base while out and about or visiting folks, it is ideal.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
I feel like this might be a new listing and the owners are inexperienced. It's a nice location and has a lot to offer. With a few changes, it will be an excellent place to stay. However, there is no kitchen sink area and no hot tub.
