"This hotel is a 20 minute walk to the town center, it could use some updating for sure but otherwise the staff was so lovely and helpful, restaurant, pool on site! "

"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. Went down whole area in darkness. You would have thought the hotel was closed. Dinning room closed breakfast in attached bistro, thank goodness this was lovely. "

"Very nice little hostel, only 4 rooms for 3 bathrooms so it feels private. The room was great, pretty clean with a private sink, the beds were confortable and a lot of space on top of our head despite being bunk beds. Nice location with view on Ben Nevis and the breakfast was just enough and cheap for what it's worth. Enough space as well if you wish to make your own food.I would recommend if you wish to have a quiet stay near Fort William."

"Cute older hotel with water views. My room had a jetted tub great for relaxing. Great little bar and very good food at the restaurant. Very diverse menu, something for everyone. Perfect location close to everything. "
