Great location and as advertised
Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again.

Convenient location, but not properly maintained
Upon arrival, I found that...... 1. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels. 2. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or anywhere in the linen closet. 3. No extra toilet paper. 4. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was dirty. There are visible dirty spots on the black side. 5. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms were almost empty. 6. The beds in the bunk room were very squeaky & wobbly. I felt like it was not safe for my grandkids to sleep on them. It turns out they were so noisy that the kids weren't able to sleep on them & ended up sleeping on the couches. I did message the owner about the missing items, & he did Door Dash some kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper & wash clothes, but no hand towels for the bathrooms. Very poorly maintained property.

My sister and I brought our mom to see a show at Will Rogers. This space was perfect. Super close to the venue and anything else we may have needed. Clean and cozy. Just as advertised. We’d come back!

The owner was quite responsive and the property was homey. The bathroom scatter rugs needed washing which I did upon my arrival. The heating system could use some attention. Loved the location, parking, supplies were adequate. We would stay again.

We are regular renters in the area and this house has everything you need. A great location for any events at Will Rogers. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the area is central to anything in Ft. Worth.

Good for what we needed
We stayed here to be near dickies arena for a concert. Location was great to walk there and back. Would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels so we could clean up counters and tabletop. The bunk bed was squeaky/loud but worked for the one night. Coffee maker worked but was missing part to hold the filter in place and a few of the bar stools were broken. But we’d stay here again if needed due to location and overall felt comfortable.

This listing was just ok. I had to reach out to VRBO for them to contact host. Only after that did we receive check-in info. The house was in a good neighborhood, but front door was contrary. Beds were super comfortable with clean linens! Random food was left in fridge and overall house just needed a deep cleaning. It was not the 5 star ratings other reviewers left.

Great property for events at Dickies Arena!
We had a 3 day event at Dickies Arena. Great neighborhood and easy walking distance to Dickies. No fighting the parking at the arena. We had four teenagers and felt safe letting them walk the neighborhood alone or playing basketball just down the street and the local school. House was very nice and the owner was very responsive to an unexpected issue the first night. Would definitely recommend renting this property,
