Ótima localização. Flat a poucos passos do aterro da Iracema. Café simples, mas de saboroso. Bom custo beneficio, considerando o valor pago. Sugiro apenas caprichar mais na limpeza e dedetização porque encontrei baratinhas no banheiro. Também ter mais atenção na manutencao do chuveiro que estava com pouca vazão (entupido) e sem esquentar.

O hotel é um pouco antigo, móveis antigos. Tinha um buraco no chao do banheiro com um cano dentro.... Fui apenas para dormir, então não me incomodou muito. O ar gela bem e o cafe da manhã tem muita variedade, um ponto positivo com certeza é o cafe da manha e a localização.

Tive uma experiência bastante frustrante neste hotel. Infelizmente, o chuveiro não estava funcionando corretamente e, ao terminar meu banho, houve um curto-circuito que provocou um princípio de incêndio. Ainda bem que os extintores estavam funcionando. Apesar da localização ser excelente, a parte elétrica do hotel necessita de uma atenção urgente. É inaceitável que um problema tão sério ocorra em um estabelecimento que deveria garantir a segurança e o conforto dos hóspedes. Embora o hotel tenha oferecido assistência com a lavanderia e a mudança de quarto, essas medidas não compensaram a gravidade da situação. Acredito que, para melhorar a experiência dos futuros hóspedes, é fundamental que a administração resolva essas questões críticas.
