Pool area and restaurant are in excellent condition and well designed. Food was superb!! Beds were on the harder side, but room was clean and spacious. Accommodating staff, definitely recommend!

Alguns pontos ruins que podem ser melhorados e outros que talvez não. A localização do hotel não é boa. Não há recuo para carros na entrada e fica perigoso entrar e sair de carros (taxis ou Uber). Há apenas uma tomada no quarto, sugiro colocação de um sistema tipo relógio com diversas tomadas. O pessoal do café da manhã não é atencioso como o esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Há poucas opções de refeições no restaurante. Não há, durante o dia, alguma pessoa na piscina para serviços alguma bebida ou snacks.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser nota 10, mas peca em coisas simples. Ao descer do carro com malas, dois funcionarios da recepção viram, uma moça de oculos e um rapaz de barba, eu chamei pra ajudar, mas ele se fez de desentendido e entrou. Ou seja , tive que ir la, abrir a porta e subir a mala, já que não há uma rampa de acesso, esse rapaz trabalha na má vontade, tudo enrosca. - Aspectos da acomodação, a recepção tem cheiro de bolor insuportável. - O restaurante tá muito fraco de opções. - banheiro com limo de uma limpeza ineficiente - cobram por toalha pra levar na praia, ridiculo isso.

Nous sommes trois mais à l’arrivée dans notre chambre,il manque des serviettes pour le troisième personne. L’après-shampooing est vide et on ne nous le remplacera jamais malgré diverses requêtes. Les tables extérieurs du petit déjeuner étaient très sales. Les cendriers sur les tables étaient pleins de mégots et la piscine pleine de feuilles. Quant au jacuzzi,il était,dèsl’aube,plein d’huile ou je ne sais quoi qui stagnait. J’avais payé pour une chambre mais j’avais une vue sur une petite favéla. Et,pour clore cette très mauvaise expérience,le matin de notre départ,devant quitter l’hôtel à 5:30,j’ai demandé un café du fait que nous ne pouvions nous rendre au buffet.La capsule de café m’a carrément été refusée.Je suis membre Gold mais aucun geste à mon arrivée ,ni même pendant le séjour.Aucune remise appliquée. Plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

O hotel é muito agradável. Ambientes bonitos, limpos, iluminados, bem decorados. Jardim externo na piscina bem bonito. O café da manhã é bom. Os travesseiros deixam muito a desejar.

Bonito mas precisa de melhoras na entrada.
O hotel é bem bonito, tem um pátio interno junto a piscina sensacional. Bom cafe manhã. O jantar foi sofrível. O problema é que não existe uma entrada apropriada. Vc pega um Uber e se sujeita a ir pro meio da rua que tem bastante movimento. Não havia sabão líquido embaixo do chuveiro. Não quisemos arrumação de quarto.n

Hotel aconchegante. café da manhã maravilhoso e variado. todo final de tarde tem atividades no mês de julho para as crianças. final da tarde vale a pena pegar um vinho na adega da recepção e pedir para servir na piscina. praticidade de ter um supermercado pão de açúcar bem ao lado

Adoramos a hospedagem nesse hotel. Excelente café da manhã, a arquitetura é linda, a cacatua uma gracinha e deixa a vida mais leve. O único defeito nesse hotel é que não tem vagas de estacionamento e tem que usar o estacionamento do Pão de Açucar que fica ao lado.

Quarto standard é horrível, mas o hotel é bom.
As dependências do hotel são incríveis. Entretanto, o que o anúncio não fala é que o quarto "standard" não tem nada de "standard" para um hotel 4 estrelas (como anunciado). Existe um prédio que aparentemente é mais chique, mas o "standard" está em um outro setor que parece uma pousada barata. A cama, que deveria ser queen, estava conjugada com um protetor de colchão muito largo (com frequência, havia um buraco no meio da cama). O quarto era absurdamente pequeno. O banheiro era minúsculo e simples. Tivemos que pedir por papel higiênico algumas vezes. Apareceu uma barata no banheiro em um dos dias também. O atendimento foi incrível. O café da manhã era muito bom. Eu definitivamente me hospedaria de novo, mas em um quarto mais luxuoso.

Bom mas com ressalva.
Bom hotel mas o quarto para 3 pessoas muito pequeno. Ficamos mal acomodados. Bom café da manhã. Sala de ginástica muito boa, com bons aparelhos novos. Outra grande problema é a ausência de estacionamento próprio para os hóspedes. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos.
