"Property is very nice. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain so the hot springs were flooded and closed. The pools at the hotel were mildly warm, but not what you expect from a 5-star hot spring resort."

"The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, the TV didn't work, they only have cold water for the showers, it was a little pricey for what you get. I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. "This place was once someone's dream. You can tell they initially put a lot of work and effort into building it. However, as time has passed, this place has fallen into disrepair. The one highlight is that the room was pretty clean. "
