"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The staff at Porto Verde explanation was clear, but it would had been perfect if these two things had been clearly stated by Wotif at the time of booking and pre paying."

"Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff made our stay at The Hotel Savoy a very pleasant experience. Breakfast provided everything imaginable and was extremely cheap. The hotel is a one minute walk from the beach and just five minutes from the very quaint town centre. We will quite happily return to The Savoy, hopefully for a longer stay."

"This hotel is unique. Art everywhere. The building needs a little attention here and there but the Staff make the stay. Friendly, helpful and genuinely warm in their dealings with you. Food was a choice of a fish menu or a meat menu. With up to four courses different each night. (No pizza 😊) there are other restaurants nearby but you will miss the chance of lovely food. The wines are good value and from the local region. We’ve enjoyed our stay here and will look to come again"
