3-There will be a charge of $700 extra for any special event and that has to be pre-approved by the host to get the blessings from the neighbors.

4-there will be an extra charge equal to the gas consumption charge for the excessive use in case of heating the pool.

5- there will be an extra charge of $300 as a pet fees for each per to be deducted from the refundable 2000 security deposit.
