Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted with this quaint romantic cottage. Walk down to the lake to enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, and more. The fall colors, hiking, and nature setting is especially breathtaking this time of year. Experience all the comforts of home in this newly remodeled lake cottage desirably located on Lippincott Point. Perfect for gathering with friends by the lakeside fire pit, boating “the chain” and all that lake life has to offer!

The space
We always have the place professionally cleaned between guests, but now our cleaning team is paying special attention to sanitizing commonly touched areas such as door knobs, light switches and remotes.

The area by the lake front where the fire pits and pier are located is a shared area with the four short term rental units that are on the property. There is a small neighborhood park right next to the property that has a sandy beach that is good for swimming. We highly recommend hard bottom swim socks or old gym shoes when swimming in the lake.

There are four adult sized kayaks and two kid sized kayaks down by the lake front. They are free to use for all the guests at the property... we ask that everyone share boat time with each other! Please wear the provided life jackets when going out in the kayaks.

Tasteful furnishings and lake home inspired decor make the home feel warm and inviting. Modern conveniences like appliances and expansive countertop space provide the convenience you need in your home-away-from-home.

Make yourself comfortable in the welcoming living area, where you’ll find a lavish new sofa set in front of a large flat-screen TV. For your viewing pleasure, watch your favorite movies or local channel programming on YouTube TV. Netflix, Hulu, and Prime are conveniently accessible as well. Need to get some work done? Feel free to utilize the dedicated high-speed WiFi.

Just off of the living room you’ll be delighted with the newly remodeled kitchen that comes fully equipped with new stainless refrigerator and freezer, including a full suite of new appliances. Enjoy home cooked meals in a well-lit dining table beautifully set for 6. Feel free to fire-up the gas grill and enjoy some home-cooked cuisine out on the comfortably furnished deck with seating for 6. The deck has solar lights to automatically light your way in the evening.

This well-outfitted studio lake home comfortably accommodates 3 guests, including a memory foam queen bed. What's more, a fold-out twin bed features, you guessed it, super comfy memory foam for your snoozing pleasure. Tastefully decorated with bright new furnishings you’ll be charmed with this abode as you fall into a peaceful slumber.

The fall colors, hiking, and nature setting is especially breathtaking this time of year. Wilmot mountain is just minutes away - an outdoor enthusiasts must do! Includes skiing, snowboarding, and even snow tubing. The fire pit is especially endulgent on refreshingly cool evenings!

Washing machine and dryer are not actually in the unit. They are in a common space that is under Unit #1 on the property. It is a shared washer and dryer that is free to use. You will get further direction on how to access this area after you book your reservation.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
