The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Good hotel for business in Foz.
Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

very close to conference center
Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

Hospedamos no quarto 118. Pouca tomada no cabeceira, quem precisar utilizar vários aparelhos, leve um "T". Cofre não funcionou. No box, precisa realizar manutenção no ralo; pois, durante o banho, não há vazão suficiente e a água não desce totalmente. A vazão completa, somente após desligar o chuveiro. Café da manhã razoável. Uma pequena reforma acredito que muda o patamar. Enfim, pelo preço da diária não dá pra reclamar muito.

No geral cumpre o papel de ser uma estadia ok e com café da manhã bom! O que me deixou muito inseguro foi a estrutura física do hotel mesmo! Ficamos no 2⁰ andar, e cada passo que alguém dava o chão tremia! Numca me vi com a sensação de que tudo desabaria, como me vi nessa vez! O chão com várias rachaduras! Isso fez com que a gente tivesse uma desconfiança!

Hotel com muito barulho
O atendimento é bom, o problema é o intenso barulho no hotel. Ele fica de frente para uma estrada e mesmo estando em um quarto nos fundos do hotel, toda noite tem barulhos de motos, gatos nos telhados ao lado e as paredes parecem de papel, pois é possível ouvir qualquer som dos demais quartos, sendo certo acordar pela manhã com o intenso barulho das chaves nas portas. No primeiro dia até pensei que estavam invadindo os quartos de tanto barulho nas portas, e também nesse dia acabou a água do hotel antes de 8h e só retornou na parte da tarde, sem qualquer oferta de água para que pudéssemos lavar o rosto ao acordar. A aparência do hotel é boa, o café da manhã foi mesmo por 5 diárias, mas era bom. A piscina estava em manutenção, mesmo durante a época de extremo calor, eu não voltaria.
