"A fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy to find with ample car parking at the rear. Warm welcome at reception and friendly efficient service. Room was immaculate and very well maintained. Great night’s sleep, quiet location and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fab, staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would happily stay there again. "We enjoyed a great 5 days at The Sands. The accommodation was spacious enough for the three of us (2 adults and a toddler). The kitchen is well equipped for self catering but there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways within close proximity. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. It is a fantastic location, with the gorgeous beach just a few steps away. Despite staying in peak season, it was really quiet at night and the livelier South Bay can be reached by bus or foot (if you like a walk). There are lots of toddler friendly points of interest near by such as the North Bay Railway, Splash park and Sealife Centre."
