They held our baggage for us until our departure flight, even though it was after check out. They also let us check in early when we arrived. "What a location. There are 2 T stations close by and easy to get to. We used SpotHero for parking and stayed right in the Copley Square garage. The hotel is across the street. It’s got a great vibe to it and was very comfortable. "

"Ask the front desk for a suitcase holder so you dont have to lay suitcases on the floor. We thought they had the best front desk people ever. Tristine & Diana were especially helpful to us. They will hold your suitcases in a locked area if needed. "
