"The air conditioning did not work. It ran but never cooled. I slept on top of the sheets. The desk person said the air was turned on but just needed time to cool. The room was nice. Hotel is close to a oark"

"Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."

"The hotel has historic elements mixed with the very modern and is extremely attractive. Our room was a little dated but was kept very clean and was much larger than average. "Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff...
