Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Very disappointed with HOTEL.COM
When I got to the Motel I was informed that my booking does not exist. I showed them proof of payment but I was informed that it's not valid. I was informed to contact Hotel.com and ask for refund because they dont work with hotel.com. Can hotel.com please refund me
