Apparently this property was recently acquired. The new operators are very kind and appear to be working hard to make improvements. I am sure it will be a much improved property soon. During our visit a lot of services were not available and there was extra noise with the repair work going on.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. The pictures did not match what the place actually looked like. Completely filthy and had roaches in the bathroom. Best part about it was they agreed to a refund.

Wait for renovations
Hotel should not be open. Entire place needs renovations. We checked in but only used room to change clothes. We could not sleep there. Stained carpets, stained tub, holes in doors, dirty everything. They are doing renovations apparently. Furniture in room and in lobby was not bad looking and newer but couldn’t get past everything being dirty and stained.

Hotel is under construction and is in horrible condition. Carpeting is stained. Bathroom walls are stained and have Old wallpaper and mold. Toilet ran constantly. HVAC was inconsistent. Pool was out of order. Elevators were clunky. Breakfast was sad It was just bad

The whole place needs to be renovated. Are is dirty in the rooms. Sink would not drain and the toilet was slow to flush. We asked to change rooms and the carpet was equally dirty. Only thing good was the beds.

Creepy disgusting hotel
The hotel was extremely dirty and under "renovation," yet there were no other guests at all, which felt very unsettling. The room was in terrible condition (stains all over the floor and furniture, including chairs), and with the hotel isolated in the middle of a cornfield, we decided not to stay there for our safety and well-being. This property should never have been listed on Hotels.com, and with the condition of the hotel being clearly unfit for guests and the prepaid stay being nonrefundable, this hotel is a total scam. I would rather sleep in my car than this hotel.

This property looks NOTHING like it does in the photos, everything is dirty, broken or absent. For example, we only had a top white sheet to sleep with and no drain fixture on our tub. Nothing has been vacuumed in months. Pool and hot tub were "under construction" yet there was nothing under any construction.

This is an old property and not up to expectations of LaQuinta or Wyndham. Had to stay two nights, two different rooms. Both rooms had malfunctioning toilet tank floats. Both room had cabinet doors that were sprung. One room exhibited bathroom door damage on the outside veneer panel. The holes in the door were covered with stick on Styrofoam circles. Neither room had functioning tub or sink stoppers. One room had a malfunctioning sink spigot. One room had black stains in the bathtub. All drains exhibited rust. Carpets were worn and appeared to be dirty. Poor soundproofing. While staff was friendly that didn't make up for the poor condition of the property and rooms.
