Das Hotel liegt günstig zum Airport Frankfurt und hat auch eine gute Autobahnanbindung. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad lassen sich separat Heizen. Nichts besonderes aber okay. Lage, Preis & Leistung passen gut zusammen.

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Zimmer minimal eingerichtet. Platzierung von Fernsehen (fast im Bett) total störend. Satellit entweder nicht vorhanden, oder gesperrt. Kaum Internationalen Programmempfang möglich. Fenster offen zu halten unmöglich, zu laut wegen Flugverkehr direkt über das Hotel. Zimmerpreiserhöhung aufgrund Messe ist zu Messeentfernung und Hotelleistungen unberechtigt. Frühstück zu Hotelpreis zuzüglich extra zahlen ist nicht korrekt.

never consider again

There is no proper entrance for the hotel, means you have to walk pass a quite long passage way then only you can see the entrance. The terrible thing is there is no hot water for shower on next morning (about 7.00am) we tried to call reception, but the phone in the room is not function at all ! Breakfast also very bad, even no refill when the food is finish !

Waren zu einem Konzert in der Commerzarena in dem Hotel abgestiegen. Die S-Bahn Station "Bahnhof Neu-Isenburg" ist mit Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Von hier aus ist man in 30 min mit 1 x umsteigen an der Commerzarena! Allerdings müssten wir das selbst raus finden, auf unsere Frage schlug uns der Rezepionist ein Taxi zur Arena vor, welches offensichtlich mit dem Hotel zusammen arbeitet. Sorry, deshalb nicht die Höchstpunktzahl!

There were no staff present on the Sunday that we checked in. A key was left for us in a lockbox. Lights were off in stairwells and in hallways. I think that we were the only guests in the building. There was no one to help arrange airport transfers for the next day. My wife felt unsafe.

In den Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas steigern deshalb gab es dafür eine "neutrale" Bewertung. 4. Etage ist schon recht warm, keine Klimaanlage... Flugzeuge fliegen so tief am Hotel entlang das man alle paar Minuten eine Geräuschkulisse hat die irgendwann nicht mehr übertragbar ist wenn man mal zur Ruhe kommen will. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal.
