"This is a charming but very old home. It really is medieval with stone walls and floors. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Steps to and from the front door and steps throughout the home. The owner was great and communicated well. We loved Todi, great little town and central location for visiting the hill towns. Use Stefano for a rental car."

"Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. "This apartment was a nice place to stay outside Orvieto. Despite not being up on the hill inside the old town, it was only about a 15 minute walk to and from town. The owners did a really nice job renovating the place. Everything is brand new, very spacious, and very clean. "We had a wonderful stay. Just a short walk up into the centre of the town. Lots to see, some great walks if you are fit. Alessandra was so easy to contact and helped us out a great deal. The apartment was excellent to stay in. Alessandra left lots of the things you need for an 8 day stay. We highly recommend Alessandras apartment."

"We had a very wonderful stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden! The property is in such great location right in the center to where the action is. It’s an easy walk to places we wanted to visit in Perugia. Breakfast was excellent and had a vairiety of healthy options. The room was spacious, beds confortable and the staff were all attentive, friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and stay here again!"

"Excellent, bright, shiny, very well priced newish hotel. Very close to main historical square- about 200 metres lower , mostly on escalators, through an array of historical tunnels which would be a high priced attraction anywhere else in Italy. If coming by train, catch the excellent and novel Mini Metro from the end of platform one. Get off at Pincetto and head right and mostly downhill. The hotel is about 200 m away from the stop. Use your phone."

"Great hotel in former palazza. Lovely staff. Recommend. One beware: if coming by train, Google maps will tell you the train is 230 m from the funicular. This is wrong. The 230 m refers to the escalator to a parking area. The hotel is 1.3 kilometres from the top of the funicular which leaves from opposite the railway station. From the funicular, walk up Cavour which is about 10-15 degrees on the left and is the main street. There is then one left turn about 150 m from the hotel. Use your phone. I believe you can also catch a mini bus or a very overpriced taxi from the station but we didn’t sight either."

"We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very clean and toiletries are included—from dental kit to body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The location is great - it’s at the center of the churches we visited. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. We plan to come back with our mom. Thank you for a great service! "
