"Loved the location and spaciousness of this two bedroom. Great for adult friends who need more space than a traditional European hotel room. Also very nice to have the kitchen to gather and eat quick meals/snacks. Highly receommend!"

"This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. I communicate with them mainly via WhatsApp. My room is quiet and spacious. Some areas of the hardwood floor are bulging up, could be due to past flooding events, but they really should fix it as it can easily trip a less abled person. "We enjoyed the authentic look and feel of the apartment and the location on a tiny street with a real neighborhood feel. The communication with host was excellent. We were met at the apartment and oriented to it and the area. So glad we didn’t stay in the downtown city center which was very crowded."

"This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."

"Overall, our stay was good, and we liked the location. Communication was a little confusing. Host tattoo use Google translate and we were able to understand each other. The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. "This property is conveniently located for Vatican visits, but walkable to all of the other attractions in Rome. The host was very accommodating and provided helpful suggestions for us. The studio was clean and stocked of items for the kitchen and laundry. We would highly recommend this studio for any length of stay in Rome. "

"Very friendly hosts with helpful communication and smooth check in process. Great location 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Spacious, secure accommodation with everything you need - although a kettle would be a great addition. Only issue is some damp smells in the apartment. "

"Paolo was an awesome host. He let us check in early with our bags, he showed us everything about the location. This place is centrally located in the heart of Rome, everything is easily walkable with the best Gelato place directly across the street. The windows opened up directly to the street which was an amazing view, yet at night with the windows and panels shut we could not hear a thing. Highly recommended."

"Amerina's Home was perfect. She has created such a cute place that was extremely clean and had great amenities. "Location was great! There is a bar Nextdoor that can create some noise but it didn’t bother us much. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being that the bedroom is underground it helped keep it very cool in addition to the air conditioners. The host was very pleasant and our stay was so easy! Would recommend!"

"This was our first trip outside of our home country. The building is beautiful, and within walking distance to so many beautiful sites. We had some hiccups along the way which arent always prevalent, but happened nonetheless. Upon our second day, we had a note on our door from the tenant below us stating a water pipe had burst in his unit and he was forced to shut the water off (including our unit) jdjswe were able to work around it "
