"Great historical property, great home away from home"

"This was a gorgeous property and was the quiet and relaxing rest we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the establishment was impeccably clean. When you can come to a bed and breakfast and feel super comfortable walking barefoot on the hardwoods and tile with your socks staying clean then you know your money was well spent. Thank you! Joe the Innkeeper was gracious, welcoming, and attentive and offered insights regarding the history of the B&B and prior owners who essentially established the inn. "I was traveling alone and stayed in the Virginia Room. It was very clean, cozy, quiet, and nicely decorated. Sam was friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t make the socials but it was nice to know that there’s an option to get to know other guests. They have a very nice patio area to sit and have coffee and it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. "
