The Riesling is a studio-size space, with a tranquil, electric fireplace, and an inviting courtyard and hot tub, that’s located in the “heart” of Fredericksburg's famous 290 Winery Corridor! Fredericksburg is widely regarded as one of the top ten winery destinations in the world, and there is no better vantage point for exploring all of them than while staying at the completely private cottages of Der Fels!

The Riesling suite is in the heart of wine country and is close to the famous Wildseed Farms, and wineries such as Messina Hof, Mendelbaum, and Grape Creek. It’s even close to Luckenbach!

The Riesling suite has all the comforts of home and this charming suite offers everything today's traveler wants, in a private setting. Enjoy the private hot tub to yourselves in a fully fenced courtyard. Or, step back inside to enjoy the large whirlpool tub or rain-head shower in the bath! Additionally, the Riesling Suite is outfitted with a king-size bed dressed in beautiful linens, and a spacious sitting area to set the mood! Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family member. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-This unit will allow one pet that is 20 lbs or under.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
