The Overlook at Meridian is a newly built, loft-style cabin ideal for a romantic escape. Enjoy the seclusion of your private fenced-in courtyard, featuring an outdoor shower, hot tub, and a fire pit. Inside, you'll find a king bed and a unique loft net hammock, offering a playful yet comfortable space to unwind. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances for your convenience. The Space:
The homeowner chose the name "Meridian" for the property, symbolizing a high point. Their goal was for this place to be the highlight of each guest's stay. This idea inspired the cabin's design, resulting in a distinctive two-story loft layout that adds to its unique charm. Meridian Cabins are a hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country, featuring four upscale, stand-alone modern cabins surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Just a 10-min drive from Main Street, it’s the perfect distance for stargazing in peace while still being close enough to explore the town!

- Stairs lead to the upstairs loft/living space with loft net hammock, Ambiance, desk and bean bag chair
- Must climb stairs: Upstairs access in this tiny home is via a 42” diameter spiral staircase, with a width clearance of about 17.

The Washroom: this is the laundry room with washer/dryer and it's shared between all 4 cabins. It's located in between Cabin #1 and Cabin #2. Owner does provide laundry detergent.

EV Charger: There is a shared EV charger - located and shared between Cabin #1 and Cabin #2.

Note: Cabin is 400 sq ft plus a 50 sq ft loft net. The loft hammock net can hold up to 1000 kg or 2200 pounds.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their assigned cabin, the shared EV charger, and the communal laundry room. Entry to the cabin is through a lockbox code.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet Neighborhood. There is only the 4 cabins on site.

Getting Around:
This beautiful cabin is 6.3 miles (10 min drive) away from downtown Fredericksburg! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- This property is not pet-friendly.

- Must climb stairs: Upstairs access in this tiny home is via a 42” diameter spiral staircase, with a width clearance of about 17.

- Robes: We, at Meridian, want your stay to be an enjoyable one. As part of that desire, we have provided you with these luxurious branded robes! If you’d like to take a Meridian robe home with you, please let us know before check-out, and we’ll add $100 per robe to your reservation. If a robe is taken without informing us, a claim will be opened to request payment. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

- NO SMOKING!

- Outdoor Shower: During winter months, the outdoor shower is not usable. We drain it to prevent the pipe lines from breaking during the freezes/low temps we experience in the hill country. Usable only during warmer temps.
