Please join us for a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg, TX. After a long day of antiques, wineries, hunting, shopping, wedding planning and more come relax and rest by the hot tub and pool on the expansive back porch. Sunshine Haus is a premier private estate available to rent as a B&B in Fredericksburg.

Sunshine Haus is a Fredericksburg landmark that was built in 1938 by a prominent local doctor. It has been fully renovated to the era but with modern amenities. Sunshine Haus is close to downtown, yet it sits on a private 2.5 acre tract with a large pool and hot tub. If you prefer to stay inside, the house has 3000+ square feet, two wood burning fireplaces, a kitchen to die for, and televisions, toys and games for the kids.

Terrific rental!
We rented Sunshine Haus for my sister's bachelorette party and it was fantastic. Great home base for wine tour. Plenty of space, clean, well-maintained. We loved the hot tub! Would highly recommend.

Perfect girls' weekend!!!
Our group of 8 stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and LOVED it!! The house is wonderful and such a relaxing place to stay. We loved the pool and hot tub, all of the rooms were very comfortable and the house was close to everything we wanted to do over the weekend. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a couples weekend! 5 bedrooms and 3 baths... couple that came up late stayed on daybed in second living room. We loved the pool and hot tub! Definitely want to come back again with the kids and explore Enchanted Rock and nature.

Beautiful home away from home
The Sunshine Haus was a beautiful mini-vacation in itself. We loved all the room, ample bathrooms and the hot tub in the backyard. A little cool in Texas when we visited but I think the pool would have been used by my family if we had visited when warmer. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in this home.

Relaxing stay in Fredericksburg
We had a very nice stay with relatives that were visiting us in San Antonio. The house has a nice stretched out floorplan with a couple living rooms. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. We spent more time at the house than expected, because it was so comfortable. The evenings by the pool with the bbq going were great. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, spacious, and convenient home that made us all want to extend our stay!
The Sunshine Haus was everything it was billed to be. Plenty of room for 4 couples with enough living areas and outdoor space so that no one was tripping over one another. The backyard is absolutely awesome with plenty of room to swim, socialize, and spread out. The kitchen is great and we made full use of it during our stay. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Family Wine-Tasting Weekend
Our family (parents, adult kids and spouses and grandparents) had a fabulous time at Sunshine Haus! The check-in process was simple and the house was extremely clean and well- maintained. We loved spending time outside shooting hoops, enjoying the hot tub (too cold for the pool) and playing corn-hole (brought our own set). We will definitely plan on staying at Sunshine Haus again!

Perfect Property!
What a perfect property for a large group! The house was spacious and had plenty of seating and sleeping. We spent most of our time enjoying the spacious backyard and great pool! The house is within awesome proximity to town. Not to mention, the owner is very accommodating and friendly! Gracious girls getaway
Our moms book club thoroughly enjoyed our escape to Fredricksburg for some good food, shopping, and R&R, and Sunshine Haus was the perfect headquarters. Plenty of room for all 11 of us to spread out, a warm fire (or two) on a chilly night - not forgetting the hot tub! - and a well-stocked kitchen, where we spent a majority of our time. The house was immaculate and we wanted for nothing. Thank you, Kelly, for the lovely stay!

Fabulous home
Everything about this home was excellent. It was clean, furnished beautifully with homey touches, and ready for our arrival. Also the grounds including the pool was immaculate. I appreciated the pool and spa iPod directions along with community information. Our grandchildren were duly impressed with the foosball table. Thank you for a great rental.
