Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us. "

"Die Unterkunft ist nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt z. B. nur 2 Stühle und die Elektroplatte in der Beschreibung ist nicht vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar per Mail. Es gab weder Haken noch ein Regal am Waschbecken im WC. Mit dem Bus fährt man mindestens 40 min in die City. Also Aufenthalt ( 3 Nächte ) ok aber leider nicht zum Wiederholen oder weiterempfehlen"

"We hadden een een fijn vakantiehuis in een adembenemende omgeving. Het was vooraf niet geheel duidelijk dat de slaapvertrekken niet in hetzelfde gebouw lagen. In de dichte omgeving is er niet heel veel te doen. Op 30 à 60 min rijden zijn er wel veel activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden."

"We spent 3 nights in the apartment. The place conveniently located very near the train station. From there there are 2 stops to the metro station which is a circle and can take you to most sites in the center of Copenhagen. The place was clean and has everything we needed. Supermarket is within 5-7 minites walking. We were given good photo directions, which we followed when we arrived very late at night in the darkness. Even though we were able to find the place easily. "

"Everything was well organized we just felt like being home. The location is perfect for rest as it is very quite neighborhood however the location is good is you want to explore the main attractions. We will come back for sure."

Ärgerlich war nur die Bedingung, dass Bettwäsche/Handtücher nur als kostenpflichtiges Extra zu bekommen sind und vor allem, dass dies im 60 km entfernten Service Büro in Gilleleje abzuholen/zurückzugeben ist. An Bahnreisende ist dabei nicht gedacht. Zudem war dieses Service Büro telefonisch zu keiner Zeit erreichbar und es gab auch keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der uns bei Schwierigkeiten mit dem klemmenden Eingangsschloß behilflich gewesen wäre."

Nice hotel with high standards

"Always nice to stay at Glostrup Park. Nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Also nice bar/restaurant facilities. Free parking an only 10 minutes walk to the S-train, which will take you to central Copenhagen. My only issue about this hotel (but almost any other hotel as well): PLEASE can you find a solution for the people who wants to smoke, so they don’t stand right outside the main entrance. It is disgusting to pass by the smoke whenever you enter or leave the hotel. "
