The Hokey Pokey Clinic beach house is truly a place to 'turn yourself around'. A short 700 ft walk down the quiet court to the beach walkover. Enjoy some sun and fun all day at the beach, only to return to private outdoor shower. Rest up in the lower outdoor entertainment area with relaxing shade & breeze. A cozy 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom cottage with a large fully equipped kitchen and open concept living area. An extra in-counter beverage fridge to keep your favorite drinks ice cold and easy to access. Huge dining room table allows for space to spread out, work on a puzzle, play a game, and still have room for family dinner. Master BR with king has hanging space and dresser. The 2nd BR has double + twin along with hanging space and a dresser. Bathroom with walk in shower, supplies include bath towels and home starter kit (soap, shampoo & TP). Wifi & TV included (plus Netflix!) but no cable package. HDMI ports available for smart sticks, gaming, etc. Easy access and security from August Home smart lock using app on your phone. Central air condition and ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. Windows and views from every room. Patio area down below with lounge chairs, picnic table and charcoal grill. Don’t forget to enjoy the best sunset views plus a peek-a-boo glimpse of the gulf on the front deck.

This is a 6 person occupancy home (at all times). No parties or gatherings over 6 allowed without permission from owners.

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Access the home electronically at 4pm on the day of your arrival with a unique lock code made specifically for you. Code will be sent to you via text and email. Your code goes live at 4pm on your arrival day and ends at noon on your date of departure.

DOG FRIENDLY:
One well-behaved dog will be considered, subject to approval. Rules: Dog must be house trained, Ability to keep dog off couch + chairs, and Guests must clean up pet waste in yard (Shovel provided). Payment of non-refundable $75 Pet Fee is required prior to check in. All dogs must be approved by owners and fees paid before check in.
