Welcome to the Sunset House in Treasure Island! This 3 BR/2BA brand new development is a perfect getaway with stunning views of early morning sunrises and beautiful sunsets looking just over the famous San Luis Pass!
The home is nestled on a dead-end street with minimal traffic making it comfortable and relaxing for families and friends. Suitable for 6-8 guests, the Sunset House offers close access to the beach, community fishing pier, and public boat ramp in the San Luis Pass County Park.
THE SPACE
Boasting a 10ft deck space, spacious open-floor kitchen, and best of all: a huge concrete driveway where you can grill, play cornhole, watch the game, or relax in the hot tub, our home is on top of your list for entertaining! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and an enclosed downstairs shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand after your beach day.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig single serve coffee machine, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, and pans, baking essentials, silverware, plates, bowls, wine and martini glasses. There are cups, plates, and utensils provided for the little ones as well! Our spacious kitchen has plenty of open shelf space in the pantry for all your groceries. The refrigerator includes a freezer with an ice maker. There is a spacious granite island with barstools for seating and eating as well as a picnic table downstairs.
The first bedroom is located just down the hallway across from the full bathroom featuring a queen-sized bed with pillows and linens. There is a TV and two nightstands on each bedside, equipped with electronic charging stations for your convenience.
The second bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds for sleeping 4, all with pillows and linens. There is a small desk in this room designated for your workspace.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed furnished with pillows and linens, TV, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and a door with access to the back patio for a view overlooking the bay and neighborhood.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home and amenities with exception to the designated and labeled owner’s closet.
Guests will have secured access to Wi-Fi and self-check-in by personalized access code.
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, kids beach toys, lifejackets, bicycles, board games, beach towels, a charcoal grill (charcoal included), and a gas grill (propane included) for guest use on the property.

Treasure Island is a private community located within the San Luis Pass, a popular “back entry” into Galveston Bay, just west of the Brazoria-Galveston County toll bridge.
There is a small beach entrance on the bay side of the community, close to the bridge. We do not recommend swimming under or near the bridge, but it is enjoyable for short walks or golf-cart rides.

The main community beach entrance is on the opposite side of Bluewater Highway on Buccaneer Pkway. Check our guidebook for a golf-cart, bike and vehicular routes that take 3-5 minutes to get onto the beach. Some vehicle parking is available near the beach entrance. Don’t forget your flip-flops; the sand can be hot!
No glass is allowed on the beach, bonfires and fireworks are allowed on the beach within safe distance from homes. Trash bins have recently been removed from our beaches – please prepare for your beach day by taking a trash bag with you and keeping our beach clean. You may dump your trash in the community dumpsters located at the entrance of the community.
There is a public fishing pier on Anchor Dr. on the bay side of Treasure Island in walking or golf-cart distance. Feel free to bring your kayaks or boats as there is a public boat ramp at the county park just next door to Treasure Island.
Surfside restaurants, bait shops, and small convenient and liquor stores are just 14.5 miles away while in the opposite direction, just over the San Luis Pass toll bridge, you can be in the heart of Galveston Island in about 25-30 minutes! The toll bridge charge is $2 cash each way. There are plenty of family attractions such as Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, Rainforest café, tons of souvenir and surf shops, Walmart, Kroger, and/or nightlife! Our favorites will be listed in the guidebook.
Currently, the closest restaurant/bait shop/convenient store in our area is the West End Marina, just a 13-minute drive over the toll bridge, also accessible by boat.
