"Starting with our negative experience. The property was not very clean i.e. the refrigerator had not been cleaned, dusty headboard and stained pillowcases in the primary. Initially propery looked well put together however due to water damage or maybe simply age it was evident this house had some issues. "Arrived 5/2 house was clean& comfortable, great location, grill was brand new perfect view! On 5/3 in the evening we experience lights flickering slightly. On Saturday morning 5/4 power started failing off and on we heard popping and crackling noises then smelled electrical burning. Notified management - they said someone would be in contact. for the next 5 hours I tried to call and text NO ONE CAME TO INSPECT THE HOUSE, NO ONE CALLED BACK. The management company just let if ride. We could not...

"The place was nice but had some maintenance issues. Some of the fans didn’t work and there was a broken tall chair at the kitchen island. The floors were a little mushy in places and the outside lighting was mostly nonexistent. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work but kept trying with some loud noises. The place was clean though and it was very close to the beach. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here during our first trip to Surfside Beach. It was great having 2 king bed rooms for each set of parents and then the kids had the upstairs room. We will definitely be back!"

"Great house for a large family or group of friends. We like the location. The boat ramp is nearby if u are going on the water. Great fishing in this area. House has several places to sleep. We enjoyed the arcade games. Nice bathrooms . Llace was clean. "

"This place was perfect! From the cool beach theme decor, the super comfortable bed to the location. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. When looking for a place to stay I read a lot of complaints about the water smelling like rotten egg but you wont have that issue here. I cant wait to go back! I can't wait to fo back."
