Expectations were exceeded during our 4 night stay. Staff were friendly and professional at breakfast and dinner. Room (114) was very spacious although windows/balcony face the main road and without a/c in the room, it was occasionally noisy at night. Shower was powerful and shower-room was spacious. Dinner offered a wide range of tasty and we-cooked food with good wine selection. Breakfast choices were typical and copious quantities available.

This family-owned hotel-restaurant blew our minds in terms of quality of service, friendliness, and even sheer size. In fact, my family joked that the bathroom alone was as large as our previous hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were huge, but folded in a way that made them optionally smaller, the balcony of our room 116 had flower pots and we could watch and even film pollinators visiting every flower in the evening to the amusement of our 6-yo daughter. I personally like good water pressure in my shower, so I was literally blown away by the water power in this hotel - at maximum it felt like it would take off by itself like a SpaceX Falcon9 rocket! It easily beat my previous favorite found in a 5-star Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai to take the top of my personal shower-power list! The quality of the food in the restaurant was amazing, and the service was extremely friendly and helpful. The same applies to the breakfast which was included. The only negative about the amenities I could note was the lack of air conditioning (there is heat for the winter, but in the summer you have to create draft via the windows during a heat dome situation like we were in in July 2022). I guess this increases the eco-friendliness score though... In every other aspect this 3-star property either rivaled or exceeded our experience in a 4-star hotel in Geneva we stayed in earlier that week. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Perfektes Vorbild für ein Deutsches Hotel

Das muss einer der besten Hotels sein die ich in DE auf meine Geschäftsreisen jemals gebucht habe. Ich weiß nicht ob es vor kurzem renoviert wurden ist aber alles von der Tür bis zum Badezimmer, bis zum Bett und die elektronische aus Rollladen war es Mega. Und dazu, war das Personal nett, freundlich, kompetent und man hatte das Gefühl das man wirklich willkommen ist. 5 Sterne

Bei der Ankunft hat die Freundlichkeit zu Wünschen gelassen, keine größeren Erklärungen außer das Nötigste ( weil ja bei unserer Ankunft das Restaurant geschlossen hatte, was einer unserer wichtigen Kriterien war dieses Hotel zu buchen, wäre es ja wichtig gewesen uns vielleicht ein Restaurant vorzuschlagen?!) Die Toilette in unserem Zimmer hing schief, die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem, der Haartrockner war auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, der Duschkopf war total verkalkt, alles Sachen die während der langen Covid Schließung sehr gut in schuss halten konnte!!

Hübsches Hotel in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Autobahn ist nicht weit entfernt. Gelegentlich kann man die Autobahn hören. Hatte damit aber kein Problem. Das Einzelzimmer war renoviert mit einem großen Bett. Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant war hervorragend und frisch. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich nicht gefrühstückt habe.
