We had excellent service at this hotel. The staff spoke English, there was lots of accessible dinning options nearby and it was close to the tram. The hotel was quiet and other guests were respectful. I recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper option in Freiburg.

Overall, we had a good stay but the property is very noisy with guests coming back late at night and making a noise and coaches starting their engines early in the morning so it is not the most relaxing stay I have ever had

The hotel switched a/c on purpose off & it was extremely warm 5degree above recommended sleeping temperature , when window has to be open , it doesn’t open completely & the people are loud and drinking at the entrance of the hotel. Shower awful floods the bathroom if you are not showering against the wall.

Vrij nieuw hotel. Kamer was zeer schoon. Inchecken en uitchecken ging snel en personeel spreekt foed Engels. Kamer wel erg gehorig (geluiden van naastgelegen kamers), matras aan de harde kant en kamer erg warm. Airco naar beneden zetten kan maar heel beperkt en lijkt niet te werken. Parkeren in omgeving op straat is erg lastig, overal blauwe zone en max 2 uur parkeren overdag. Wel parkeergelegenheid in garage van het hotel maar dit is behoorlijk duur (vergeleken met kamerprijs). Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen.
