"The location of Rialto Suites is really convenient. Found the written directions a bit long but if you have GPS and put in 7 Henry Street (as per instructions) no problem at all. The pictures for check-in helped a lot. We had some minor problems with an electronic key but our late call was answered promptly. Monica turned up in the morning as promised to sort the issue. The suite had all we needed for our short stay."
