The resort was beautiful and clean unfortunately the mandatory service fee “tip” made the employees do not care for the guest. Want to charge whatever they want. I will never come back.

Enjoyed the water park, restaurant, grab and go coffee shop, decor, balcony and ocean view, location to Downtown, friendly staff!
Couple of things I disliked…room had a smell(not sure if it was cleaner) had to keep balcony door open when in room, only one muskoka chair on balcony (two would be nice) and beach was very crowded when cruise ships were docked.
