"It looks unlike any other hotel I've ever been to is absolutely wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The only problem was our first night given a dog across the way barking till after midnight kept my whole family awake."

"Hotel was a little difficult to navigate due to the disjointed layout (i.e. check in on 11th floor and then you have to switch to another elevator. I know this does not seem so difficult. But, I am disabled and on 24hr oxygen. The walk was horrible. But, Kaye and Josh were my angels. Room service SUCKS!"
