I had already let him know we were coming from California for a family reunion in Germany with my husband’s family. "Old farm house with low ceilings, very thoughtfully renovated. The owners managed to keep the houses character, and yet give the inside a modern feel. We were able to to tell that a lot of thought and heart went into this. We loved our stay and would come back anytime. Our two kids loved the hidden pool and used it every single day!"

"Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen...

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"This rental is spacious, with one single and one double bedroom and a large terrace to enjoy a meal outside. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, and there is room for 6+ at the dining room table. The living/dining room has a great view of the lake. It's beautiful and rural but only 15 minutes by car or train to the beautiful city of Konstanz. We loved this apartment!"
