"Leider hat der Check in Computer nicht funktioniert. Daher mussten wir uns durch eine Hotline kämpfen, bis wir den Code für unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war ok, leider doch es im Bad nach altem Rauch. Direkt nach unserer Abfahrt kam dann eine Mail mit einer Rechnung, die wir innerhalb von sieben Tagen zahlen sollten. "The concierge was very helpful with the security for my bike as I had forgotten to bring a lock with me on my trip up from Munich. He also happily upgraded my room after a misunderstanding on the booking. Downsides were, no restaurant, which I took as a given when the hotel has photographs of meals on its various sites. "We rented two rooms for the same price. We were told they were both beautiful. They were both nice, but one was spacious with a beautiful view, the other small and under the roof with a small window and not much of a view. That was disappointing. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We did enjoy our stay and would stay there again. "

"Nice place to sleepover. Clean, easy to find, large parking lot with charging option, and Lidl charger next building. The big negative is the communication with the host. I haven't gotten any messages through hotels.com and the phone customer service doesn't work in the evening. This is very strange. Further, after the checkin procedure, I received a code to enter, but the door to the corridor opened strangely not through the code, but through the phone, as one of the kind neighbors informed...
