Outside of the panties that were left in my bathroom for a whole day on the shower door from the previous occupants and it taking them a whole day to send someone to come get it I enjoyed my stay here. They waived one day of the resort fee I felt they could’ve refunded at least the whole resort fee for the inconvenience given it’s a 4-5 star hotel. It was my first time in Vegas and this place really stuck out to me months before I booked. My birthday was New Year’s Eve, there was so much going on at the resort I didn’t really have to leave except to shop which everything was in walking distance. Restaurants all 10/10, Heated pool, spa, clubs and entertainment 10/10. Overall the place was immaculate I will be back again for sure, highly recommend this property.

The elevator is quite small and slower than grass growing. But the rest of the hotel is great, particularly if you like privacy and quiet spaces. Their cafe is sort of dead, but it's not a huge deal. Front desk staff is friendly yet not so helpful when asking for small favors like early checins, late checkouts or upgrades.
